Dr. Erin Royer is a Yamaha and Vandoren-endorsed saxophonist and repairer from Perth, Western Australia. Royer is the Head of Saxophone at the University of Western Australia and tutors at several local Perth Schools.

Erin is a multi-genre artist who regularly performs in a variety of musical settings around Perth and beyond.

She is a highly respected international saxophonist and regularly performs with the Malaysian Philharmonic, Western Australian Symphony and Perth Symphony Orchestras.

She has now performed at five international saxophone conventions around the globe.

Erin completed the Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree at the University of Western Australia, looking at the role of the over-sized saxophone resonator.

In Perth Erin can be seen performing solo recitals or with local ensembles such as the award winning Perth Saxophone Rockers, the award winning Perth Cabaret Collective, RC and Friends, Metro Big Band and the Corella saxophone quartet to name a few.

Erin is passionate about commissioning new repertoire for the saxophone, and is always open and interested for new collaborations and projects.

Erin aspires to become an internationally renowned performer, promoter and tutor of the saxophone and is determined, as a life goal, to make Perth a sought after place to study saxophone.
